Wallop Growmore V Denmead Hunters

Wallop growmore club hosted the final round of the inter club quiz on the 5th deecember at the Weyhill Fair.

Again Wallop achived a win by 5 points , unfortunatlly the opposition could only muster 5 players.

2nd left = Murray Dalton

3rd left = Stephen Goddard

4th left = Chris Argil

5th = Ian Clarke

A big thank you to all who could make it especially Ian who was called on at the last hour and answered all of his questions.

Wallop took the lead in the first round by 8 points . Denmead then fought back , with the debatable round being scored quiet hard , only 3 players getting full marks.

The snaps round was shared between the teams both getting 3 each, onto the final round and Denmead got to being only one point behind with two questions left!

Luckly Wallop answered both of the last two questions and Denmead failled to answer thier two.

The quiz was played in a relaxed and friendly manor as it should be.

Thanks to the Question Master who was Pete Fielder and it was Pete`s first quiz so well done to him and his team of scorer and time keeper.
